Late Cancellation & No Show Policy

We know your time is precious and we ask that you respect ours and honour your appointment times.

Appointment changes or cancellations made without 48 business hours notice or missed appointments are subject to the full visit fee plus HST. Business hours are Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.

If you require an accessible room, please let me know so I can make arrangements to use another room for your appointment.
