Cancellation & No Show Policy

We know your time is precious and we ask that you respect ours and honour your appointment times.

Appointment changes or cancellations made without 48 business hours notice or missed appointments may be charged the full visit fee plus HST. Business hours are Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
